The short version: Tier 2 accounts get ₦500 once, to spend on airtime, data, bills or gift cards within 48 hours. It can't be sent or withdrawn, and whatever isn't spent in time is removed.
1. The offer
During the launch campaign period announced by SwiftBuddy, every eligible customer receives a one-time ₦500 launch bonus in their SwiftBuddy wallet. The bonus is a promotional credit from Swiftbuddy Technology Limited, not a deposit.
2. Who qualifies
Customers whose account is Tier 2 or above (BVN verified) at the start of the campaign, and customers who reach Tier 2 before the campaign ends. The bonus is usually credited within minutes.
One bonus per person. It is linked to your BVN, so a second account with the same BVN does not qualify. Closed, restricted or suspended accounts do not qualify.
3. How to use it
The bonus can be spent on airtime, data, bills, gift cards and payments to organisations in the SwiftBuddy app. Purchases use your bonus first.
The bonus cannot be sent to another person or bank account and cannot be withdrawn. Your own money in your wallet can be sent and withdrawn as normal.
4. 48-hour time limit
You have 48 hours from when the bonus is credited to spend it. The exact time is shown in the notification and on the transaction in the app. We will remind you before it ends.
Any part of the bonus not spent within 48 hours is removed from your wallet automatically. Only the unspent part is removed.
If a purchase paid with the bonus fails or is refunded, the bonus part goes back to your bonus (not to your withdrawable balance). If the 48 hours have already passed by then, that part is removed.
5. Fair use
SwiftBuddy may withhold or remove a bonus, and may restrict an account, where we reasonably believe the offer is being abused (for example through false identity details, multiple accounts, or attempts to turn the bonus into cash). The campaign has a fixed budget and may end early once it is used up. We may change or end the offer at any time; bonuses already credited will be honoured under these terms.
6. General
These terms apply in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The bonus has no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Questions: support@swiftbuddy.africa.
